Product Description
XPS EPOXY MAPLE SYRUP-KIT is a 100% solids, two-component, self-leveling epoxy coating designed to restore and enhance the appearance of concrete floors. It can be tinted with a variety of pigments or metallic powders to create opaque or decorative finishes. In addition to its artistic appeal, this system offers excellent mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and crystallization resistance. It is also compliant with Canadian Food Inspection Agency (C.F.I.A.) regulations.

Application Guidelines
Recommended Substrate Temperature: 15°C – 30°C (59°F – 86°F).
Humidity Conditions:
Maximum relative humidity during application and curing: 85%.
Substrate humidity must be below 4% before application.
Environmental Precautions:
Do not apply on porous surfaces if humidity transfer is possible.
Protect coated surface from humidity, condensation, or water contact for at least 24 hours during the initial cure.
Note that surfaces may discolor if exposed to regular ultraviolet light.
Health and Safety
Skin Contact: Wash immediately with soap and water.
Eye Contact: Rinse thoroughly with water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical advice if irritation persists.
Inhalation: Move affected individual to fresh air.
Contaminated Clothing: Remove and clean before reuse.
Precautions:
Both Component A and B contain toxic ingredients.
Prolonged skin contact may cause irritation or burns; avoid eye contact.
Wear safety glasses and chemical-resistant gloves.
Use a NIOSH/MSHA-approved respirator for organic vapors.
Ensure proper ventilation when working with this product.
